How can I manipulate an aquarium heater so that it heats water to 100 degrees F ?

Most Aquarium Heaters stop heating at about 95 degrees F, which is too hot for fish. I need a constant temperature of exactly 100 degrees F. Is it possible to manipulate the thermometer or the electronics?
