How long does it take for a 300W (watt) submersible aquarium heater to heat 100 Gallons of 40° water to 90°?

300 w = 1023 BTU/hr

100 gal = 800 lbs

need 50° F temp change

800 * 50 / 1023 = 39.1 hr
