    No it’s a good size for 1 make but if you have quite a few males, then you could divide a 5 gallon into 2 parts so you could have 2 in the same tank safely. Bettas, male or female need at least 2 gallons.

    THIS one didnt die, it was the very first blue crowntail Prince the 1st that died. this one LUNAR is still alive, he is SLOOOWLY getting better from his fin rot

    NO he isn’t a double tail or a halfmoon, he is a super delta, which means he is just below halfmoon.

    i think your betta in this vid is a double-tail not a half moon as he hasnt got he 180 degree tail which half moons have.

    Oh and another thing, i sometimes check the kh, and gh of the water, but its fine in the area that i live so i have had no problems, and the ph is exactly 7 where i live so i dont really need to use a ph test kit even though i have one, lol, thanks for the question.

    Settle, then i get my gravel syphen and i usually move some of the plants and decoration so i can get most of the gravel, then i stick the syphen in, and clean the gravel till about 25% of the water is gone, then i add the new water to the desired level in the tank, DONE!

    Awsome! Thanks for da comment. About cleaning the tank i would suggest doing a 25% to 1/3 water change once every 2 weeks, to keep the water extra clean, what i usually do is i fill up a bucket(with how much water i think i will need) with water a little bit warmer than the tank temp, i add a good water conditioner that removes chlorine and chloramine, and then add some CYCLE which is like good bacteria in a bottle, then i let it sit for a little while like mabey 15 minuites to let the chemicals
