55 Gallon Tetra Aquarium
My new 55 gallon tetra (out of the box) fish tank. Includes a tetra EX70 filter (340 GPH) and a nice submersible heater as well as both of the hoods. I have also added a few plants, decorations and a HYDOR Volcano which also looks cool in the dark and costs a pretty penny. I am planning on adding a lot more real plants and also doing some more rocks along the right and back right sides.

I like the white personally but it shows a lot of dirt and is hard to keep very white. SO if you do not want so much work go for the blue.

It was actually built by a friend around 15 years ago, it was built for a 35 gallon tank but it’s heavily reinforced with 2×4′s and holds the weight of the 55 gallon tank well. I’m getting a new stand built to hold both my 55 gallon tank and my 75 gallon tank which will look more proper for the tank sizes.
