How do I change the light bulbs for my aquarium hood? It's pretty snug fit and I don't want to break anything

My light bulb cases don't have lids, just bare bulbs.

When you change it don't just pull on it. It has a kind of twist to it. You need to just roll it forward or back I don't remember which.

why is the hood of my aquarium wet?

take the lid off, and be careful, only use bulbs lighter than 15w. you don't want single celled organisms harming your fish

They feel like they are going to break but usually don't. Just do it slow and carefully.
