can i still have aquarium lights on?

i am getting some clown loaches , will it still be ok to have the Aquarium Lights on i have put in some bogwood for hiding places for them also what food would you recomend and how often should i feed them ?

You should still turn you aquarium lights on and off on a regular day and night schedule. Clown loaches need to have a normal light and dark schedule just like any other fish. They love to eat shrimp pellets and algae wafers, but one of their favorite foods are live snails. Try picking up some live pond snails for them. Most people that keep fish tanks consider them pests, so they are usually easy to come by. Go take a look at the plants and fish tanks in your local fish stores. If you see any snails in or on them, ask if you can pick them off and take them home. You can usually get some free snails that way. My clown loach has cleaned up all the pond snails in my tank and is happily chomping through all that my friends can give me!

i want to get blue lights for my aquarium?
