My aquarium with actinics lights on. HD 720P

Shot this while testing my new Canon 5D Mk2 with a 100mm f2.8 macrolens.

Instead of getting 1 powerful light, can you get 2 weaker lights instead for growing aquarium plants?

    They are blue flurocent lightbulbs that bring out the fluorescence in corals. Used in aquarium as supplimental lights with the main light to give better colors.

    Can you manually adjust colour and contrast before shooting, or do you have to do that whilst processing?
